Decorum is an absolutely gorgeous furniture store located in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk. The style leans toward modern with a mix of traditional. I found a perfectly sized couch at a very reasonable price point thanks to the help of a sales rep named Nakeia. She was knowledgeable and her follow through on my purchase was impressive. The delivery was made at a time I requested by two very professional and courteous young men. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for furniture or artwork in Norfolk.

I love Decorum! This store has someof the most beautiful and unique pieces you can find. And the quality is unmatched! I have shopped at this store for some decorative pieces and recently my husband and I bought a beautiful dining room table and rug. And every time we have the privilege of coming to this store the staff is just wonderful! It doesn’t matter if we’re spending $50 or thousands; the staff is so warm, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. This most recent trip to Decorum Keia did a fabulous job helping us pick out our dining room table and rug. And she reached out to me a few days prior to delivery, the day of and she followed up with us. Even Decorum’s delivery team were fantastic! Chance and Malik were super friendly, and made sure we were happy with the furniture placement before they left.Decorum is the absolute best! And I cannot wait to go back!

First I would like to say that there’s no place in the Hampton roads area that compares to Decorum. The energy in the building is unmatched. The staff was so pleasant to work with. No pressure shopping and very knowledgeable about every piece in the building. Nakeia and Al came out to my home to do a in home design consultation. They were very thorough in the walk thru and helpful in displaying the placement of the furniture that I had chosen in the showroom, making sure the measurements would accommodate my space comfortably. Nakeia gave additional design recommendations for color combinations, accents walls and artwork that I ended up going with in the end. Was an amazing experience. I recommend everyone to go to Decorum that wants to invest and upgrade in their quality of living. Truly truly worth it.

Decorum was extremely helpful as Charles and I replaced our bedroom dressers. Charles found a dresser and I liked the matching chest of drawers... Both priced for clearance... We looked at the matching night stands, but Charles did not express interest...However, after a couple of days, I decided to purchase two night bedside stands matching the dressers... Mary Beth worked with me over the phone to complete the purchase and I was able to pick them up that day at the Decorum warehouse... The warehouse guys had them ready when I arrived and loaded them into the Highlander... Charles accepted the delivery of the two larger dressers the next week and said the delivery guys were the best furniture movers... We'll done Decorum and thank you...David Sadler

Decorum Furniture great product and great customer service!Al at Decorum Furniture helped us tremendously. We had purchased 2 imported recliners with electric motors from them in 2016 and one of the chairs stopped working. I called the store and Al immediately told me he would help us obtain the necessary parts from the factory. True to his word he sent us the instructions and parts for repair. The chair works fine now and we can’t thank Al enough for his help.

I hear people say 'Decorum is Expensive'. Hold on... Their prices are higher in some cases, but not always. They have decent sales, but the experience and quality they offer are valuable. I understand if someone wants to order a $500 sofa from Wayfair, but that's not what this is.I have made a number of small purchases from Decorum over the years, and recently purchased a sofa. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, smelled good, and had many items to choose. Walter was great! He listened to my ideas on new decor and offered helpful suggestions. I didn't just buy a sofa... I spoke with an expert! And the sofa... is fantastic!The reputation of Decorum... is true!

For the last 20 years, we have enjoyed shopping at Decorum for high quality, contemporary furnishings and accessories for our home. This year, we are finishing a remodel of a new home and we have many new spaces to fill. As always, Decorum is there with a solid selection of good, contemporary furniture -- and thoughtful, attentive customer service (shout out to Mark who has been a great help). We are not huge fans of buying online, so we appreciate being able to visit a showroom that has so much of what we like. Decorum has been a pleasure to work with over the years and so many of our favorite items have been purchased there and have held up wonderfully over the years.

Due to the COVID 19 plague , I wore the seat cushion in my Stressless recliner out. I called Decorum seeking assistance in having my chair repaired, they did some research and said they could order a new cushion, and do the repair. Also due to COVID getting supplies was difficult and time consuming, however the folks kept me informed as to the expected arrival date and repair. Decorum Furniture was our last stop for the day when we were out looking for new living room furniture. I hate to use the saying "saved the best for last" but it couldn't be more true in this case -- in regards to the variety of options, quality and customer experience. Cam asked a few simple questions and quickly narrowed down to the options that best met our needs.
